Anyone that has ever owned a business can attest that customer loyalty is the back bone of it. Customer loyalty leads into many other benefits that are essential for a business to thrive. Make sure that your customer understands that you are making an exception for them, exceed their expectation for a solution, and don't ever say no right off of the bat. Not only will this type of interaction will result in loyal customers, but also customers who refer.
